Peterson Johnson is a self-taught Navajo jewelry artist. He was
born in 1959. He began creating traditional Navajo jewelry in 1976.
Johnson's work is characterized by remarkably precise execution of
traditional designs, such as the setting for this pendant. Needless
to say, his work is highly collectible.
